Pet Policy

We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. We require a $600 deposit per pet. There is a $50.00 fee per month for a dog and $25 fee per month for a cat.  We have a dog breed restriction list.

There is not additional monthly fee for a service dog no matter the breed as long as documentation is provided that it is a service dog as well as rabies shots.
